    I found it worked insanely well , I started at 0.25mg daily , got no sides , eventually built up to 1mg a day which was my fav dose ,during the diet / rebound , literally zero food noise and I was very lean . I am now 8 weeks post diet and it was the easiest rebound I have ever had

    Thanks Jordan! I’m not dieting at the moment just a regular part time bodybuilder who constantly thinks about food πŸ« πŸ˜… how long do you recommend cycling it or do you wait on it yr round? Thank you πŸ™πŸ»

    Hey Lisa!

    I haven’t personally used it, but Nathan and some of the others on the site have had extremely good response from it.

    You don’t want to push the dosage so it stops you from being able to eat. I would recommend micro dosing either 3 x a week, or daily. So start low and use it to help with food noise.

    Thanks for the reply Phoebe!! Yeah I’m just cautious cause I don’t want it to stop my appetite but just interested to see if it helps with the food noise. Will probs just micro dose like you say. Thanks πŸ™πŸ»
