I haven’t personally used it, but Nathan and some of the others on the site have had extremely good response from it.
You don’t want to push the dosage so it stops you from being able to eat. I would recommend micro dosing either 3 x a week, or daily. So start low and use it to help with food noise.
Thanks for the reply Phoebe!! Yeah Iβm just cautious cause I donβt want it to stop my appetite but just interested to see if it helps with the food noise. Will probs just micro dose like you say. Thanks ππ»
