No , the bac water is being hplc tested to make sure it’s as it should be . You don’t see others doing that and it could be just sterile water . They will be on sale at some point once the results are back . Usual price that all other sites sell at 10ml for £10 ish , 50ml for £30

Thanks for the feedback. Much appreciated. As always it will be a personal decision but i like to hear what other more knowledgeable people feel on certain topics

Sorry about that. What I was asking was when you say ” I dont feel too bad mentally” is that related to your comment below in regards to the 4 guys passing away or do you start to feel different mentally when you went above 3G’s a week. Curious as to that statement

You can probably scroll back to the date on insta when each got posted , a year for thrusts , 4 months glutinator , month hyper . Something like that

Heya bud , it’s a good question , I feel like at 3G total a week I can still eat , I don’t feel too bad mentally, I don’t feel too lethargic , a lot of that is drug choice too , and for me I can never really run high test , I have never ever been able , so moderate test + / primo / eq/ nandrolone all feel ok , obv mast too but I have never really been able to tell what that brings muscle building wise , I seem to add more muscle when running other things .

The biggest factor for me is the gh and insulin , atm my gh is 3.6 , I take it before bed and I have no insulin as my BG is fine on that dose of gh .

If I take a bit more gh I then need a little insulin and then all of a sudden I’m up 3 more pounds water and then instantly I feel shit !

In the past when I got huge huge , I just endured it , but now , I actually can’t . I can train harder than ever , but I can’t happily endure the feeling the drugs cause , and I think it’s a mental thing knowing that so many people I know are now dead . 2017 /18 when I got huge huge before , everyone was still alive , and then boom , Matt Porter , Luke , Meadows , Bostin are all dead and I was chatty with them all , Piana too but I never crossed paths with him . So I’m very very aware that I don’t want to die from this shit , as I know in a few more years my feelings towards it will change and I will want to really enjoy life / travel etc

I realistically think I won’t get back to the size I had before , but I’m also ok with that as I just can’t do what I did before

Hi mate, what does your current training look like?

Currently doing U/L with biceps on leg day. Just a tweak that I like. Trying to figure out the best way to add cardio to get fitter while staying with this split as I truly love it. Currently 5’11 and weigh about 245 in above average shape but not bodybuilder shape. Want to add the cardio to maybe lose 10-15 lbs . Diet is pretty on point. Currently do very little cardio. In the past would do BJJ/Kickboxing as cardio but neck issues have pretty much curtailed any BJJ for the past 2-3 years. New to the forum and just like hearing other people’s opinions/advice on things

How do you recommend using MPS Max and Sustain. Reading alot of different ways on the blog. I see majority use MPS MAX before the workout and sip Sustain during the workout. Is that considered the best usage of them

At that score it’s most certainly very moderate trt , sub 100mg/week ( whatever has you feeling good ) , and then cardio daily , I would be trying to get myself exceptionally fit. Provided it doesn’t climb at all , and your nailing your cardio daily , you will be fine , obv perfect diet too . Retest agajn in 3-4 months

I currently do upper/lower off. When would you add the cardio. In the morning by itself or after the weight sessions. Also how long for each cardio session. Thank you Jordan for responding . This got me all messed up today because i have been trying to pay attention to my cholesterol levels. You do some real good stuff for people. Hats off to you brother

No as I have done lifts that are stronger than ever . When you lose muscle , you still retain a huge amount of neurological adaptations , so you can still stay very strong , I was still very very strong when at the smallest , so once I started to re add gear and push weight back up, I hit all time new levels of strength before getting all time levels of muscle back.
Strength influences the ability to recover from high total work , high frequency training

I can train at high frequency because I just get on with it. The majority can , but your all so so distracted and have such insane preconceived opinions of what you can and can’t do , and largely because are also all Pussies , just don’t want to do those hard sessions

Push today, my food needs to come up a touch more , obv still have some lingering drugs from the cycle which will stay for a few weeks, I planned on only making one diet adjust but that’s just been swallowed up by metabolism speeding up post diet , which then can leave you in a bit of a hole , which I feel this morn , im 268 and look nice and lean , once I have cleared out , I can take my body weight up fully

For how things are going right now what weight do you see you

Paul , and before 2015 I had no muscle density . I did what it took to get truly dense , and my midsection took a hit , like most guys , when they actually get big big . I pushed the food , drugs and heavy training and it’s a combo of the 3 . Now , people are wayyy smarter , they creep food , they use food as a patient tool , they are smarter with exercise selection , and they use insulin sparingly alongside food . To be a really great bodybuilder, the midsection has to stay very tight and you need to be so so focused on it , I wasn’t and the coaches I had weren’t . My midsection won’t be an issue next year , I have regained a huge amount of control simply from being extremely focused on it
