    So you have an option , what are you going to do about it ? Are you going to ask for permission or going to find the answer to your question ?

    Hi JP! Have you ever tried reta + tirzepatide ? I was curious to try… im in a contest prep, doing 2mg of reta a week, 8 wo, at this point reta is doing all the job, but at 4 weeks out when the hunger is really high, i was thinking… keep reta at 2mg a week and add tirze 1mg, as we know that tirze is strongest on appetite supression, do you think it would be ok? Im like you, i like to test things haha and ive never used tirze before! Thanks a lot

    If you couldn’t recover from U/L the go back to PPL then bud you could even add an arms day in

    Push & tricep

    Pull & bicep

    Rest

    Legs

    Arms & delts

    Rest

    Repeat

    Or just tag arms onto the start of legs and do

    Push & tri

    Pull & bi

    Off

    Legs

    Off

    Repeat

    If recovery is good do PPL off repeat

    Thanks a lot nathan ! Thats my other profile ! I think i can recover from 4 sleeps, i start push with tris iso and pull i want a better Back then i put bis at the end

    Jordan i just would like to thank you for all info you give! I started to see your work on 2020, i was 118/116kg in offseason, this year i got to 140kg, expecting to compete with 120kg lean lean! Thanks a lot! Learn it a lot about training! My dream was a training plan made by you but you dont coach anymore haha thanks for everything mate!
