Yes but you should at least take it for 10-14 days to check bloods. Igf levels need time to built up.

After 2 10-14 days igf levels should be stable so it doesn’t matter unless you want to test hgh levels too.

You could try Teacrine while taking the caffeine Break. At least for a while… Going from a pre workout to zero would impact my workouts to much personally.
