Hey buddy! It depends what your looking for in an intra workout. Most people like to use a muscle preserving protein type of product such as EAAs stacked along side a fast acting powdered carbohydrate like Sustain Intra or Performance Fuel. This should see you through workouts without muscle wastage, give you an energy source and restore glycogen stores. Definitely a good idea in my opinion.
Hi Louis, thank you! I think I’m going to go for performance fuel and some EAA’S and creatine! There is also a lot of hype in CrossFit over beta alanine, is it worth adding in? It’s not something I’ve tried before!?

Hi guys, I’m also looking into this, Which carb drink is best option?
The JP Nutrition Performance Fuel or Sustain mixed with the EAAs is perfect.

This is interesting, I had two numbers for this contact as I remember him sending out a new number to use a good while back which I did and all good.. this week I ordered something else and automatically went to the original number, he sent over the list as normal and I have received my stuff.. he also mentioned he’s mrs posting it.. I got some from a lab I’ve not heard of but he referred to it as the new alpha pharma and it’s called arenis medico.. has anyone used or heard of it? Got me worrying I’ve gone to the wrong contact now!

Ok so if the said site is still selling dimensions would that mean it’s fake or could just be old stock? What about nexus? Any good?

Yes I’ve got peptopro and cyclic dextrin in the cupboard from when I used to bodybuild.. I took up boxing as I lost the love for bodybuilding and I was so unfit once I stopped.. I won my first fight on Saturday but will am fighting again in December in a much harder competition so the training is going to be harder now. I’m heavyweight so don’t have to make weight but I have my ideal weight to fight at. I want to lose about 9kg in total. I will be running every morning and doing boxing or strength sessions in the evenings so am just trying to work our best diet to follow based off my knowledge from when I used to do weights. Not sure if I’m overthinking or overdoing it tho! I’ll post what I’ve planned if anyone has any input it will be appreciated!

Thanks Tim! My fight as it’s lower level is only 4 rounds, does that alter your view on high GI carbs?
