It only took a couple of days to get to me but I had to book in at local clinic as I don’t like the fingerprick method.

Luke you mentioned a couple pages back that normally 25mcg aromasin twice a week suffices for you, but also mention your now doing 25mcg every day now, what is the reason for this increase?

Session 2
Lying/seats ham curl – Rp 20-25 (same as session 1)
Wide and high leg press (ham focus) – 3×12-20 (start light and work up till you can’t hit 20 then do 2 more on that weight)
Any form of lunge – 1 x 12 max effort 1x same weight to failure
Barbell stiff leg dead- 3×12-15
Adductor – 1 x MR 6×8 -
I used to have this issue but I’m finally seeing some growth after starting a new training plan.. I have two leg workouts, and I train 4 on 1 off therefore they get hit every 5 days.
Workout1
Seated leg curl – warm up with 3-4 hard sets of 20 then 1 x RP 15-20 aiming for 10-12 first set finish last set with a drop and partials
Leg press – 1 x 20 & 1 x 6×6 MR – start with a plate a side doing sets of 20 adding a plate at a time till get to a weight where can no longer do 20 that is work set. Pause for 2-3 mins then do the MR set
Hack squat – 1x 15 – work up to a max effort set of 15
Leg ext – 1 x 40-50, 1x RP to achieve same amount of reps as first set
Adductor machine – 1x RP 25-30
DB stuff leg dead’s – 3x 15-20 keeping tension on hams, go all way down and come up only 3/4 of the way up. -

Something on blood sugar levels, what they should be, controlling them etc for non insulin users. I feel like mine often drops and I have to rush some food down me.. so would be good to know how I can control etc

I’d been keen to hear inputs on this as I’ve recently been told to take 250mg TUDCA a day or 500mg if on orals by my coach, but have seen on here before about not takin whilst on orals. I don’t tend to take orals anyway but always good to know
