Sergio I’d stick to what was said on your other thread and not this one, we the other one is more relevant to you, the above is a ridiculous amount for someone that is 82kg and on third course. Drop back to test e at 500 and deca at 300, make sure your eating enough and training hard and you will make the gains your after.

As the other guys said, cut the eq AND the dbol.. Just stick with the test at 500 and deca at 300.. using too many compounds and high overall dosages this early on will be disadvantageous in the long run as your basically puttin all your eggs into one basket and in say 5 courses time you’ll be having to do stupid amounts to notice any gains. Always stick to doing the minimum possible to prolong yourself in many ways.

So, yesterday’s leg session went well, it was a hamstring dominant session which went as follows:
    Seated ham curl-
3 warm up sets of 20
1 rest pause set of 20-25
    Leg press high and wide-
Work up gradual in sets of 20 to a working set weight
3 working sets on that same weight with 3 second eccentric and 2 second pause at bottom within 12-20 range
    Lunges-
    1×12
    1x failure
    Barbell stiff leg deadlifts
    3×12-15
    Adductor
    1 MR set 6×8

It went well, and legs are rather sore this morning. I’m finally starting to see some leg growth which I’ve always struggled with.
Today is arms and calves, seriously need to add some size to my arms so I’m looking forward to gettin down there and putting in the work.
