Hi Sas, love the blog and watching you guys train..
I wondered if you’d mind tellin us each of your work out rotations for each day alongside desired rep range for each working set. I understand it’s a lot of info as you probably have 3 rotations for each session, but I’m sure others would also love to see it just as much as I would!
Also when aiming for PBs in this instance what would be your PB. Let’s say I benched 110kg for 10 good reps, the next time this cycle comes round I hit 115kg but only got 7. I’m assuming the first one would be the pb as the overall weight lifted would be more (reps x weight)

Dr dean, the dizziness will that be felt straight after or later? How long will it last? Just thinking am I best gettin myself used to it before going under the bar with it as can imagine goin dizzy while trying to bench isn’t going to be good!

Hello guys, to be honest I’m unsure of why myself I got the diet tailored by mr James hollingshead himself.. ok I will reduce the carbs in meal 3&4 and see how I get on!

On the health check form it asks if you’ve ever injected steroids. Do I lie and say no? As it also says you can’t donate if you do steroids? And will they then know next time I go after checking my blood?
