Hi, thanks for your reply! I didn’t go into any more detail in last message as didn’t want it to drag, but I done this last Tuesday, so I relaxed it and took ibuprofen and curcumin, I then saw a chiropractor on Thursday (at which point it was starting to ease off) and he clicked my back etc and said it’s where I’ve extended spine back too far and is skeletal not muscular.. it doesn’t hurt to touch anywhere really.. by Tuesday it felt good and problem was gone but I went and done a push session and during standing side lateral raises I felt it go again and now I’m back at square one. I just don’t want to be off of training for ages.

Jordan will probably give a more detailed answer but from reading a lot of he’s stuff he says if the training sessions are as hard as you should be pushing yourself then you shouldn’t need cardio.. plus immediately after training is optimal time to get your food in you to support your gains.

Hey people I’ve been doing 500mg of test a week for about 6 weeks now, and although I know I should have done it first I have now decided (through reading through here and listening to jp’s video about the importance) to get my bloods done, so I have ordered a kit from medichecks.
My question is, should I keep running the test or shall I stop it now until I get results back? I’d also introduced boldenone into the cycle last week at 400mg.
What’s my best course of action as I have never done bloodwork before and now realise the importance!

Jordan I’m about to order some curcumin, I know you recommend the life extension one, is this the ‘life extension super bio curcumin 400mg’ just checking before I order the wrong one?

I’d say this is person dependent, as in ‘how much’ a person will put on, it has too many contributing aspects going into it, depends on how hard you train, how well you rest and how much you put into your diet. Someone that’s natural that’s training their ass off and eating the the correct caloric surplus will possibly see just as many gains as someone that’s not natural but is doing everything half heartedly! Obviously if the non natural male has everything spot on then he will gain faster. But it all comes down to what your willing to put in..

Yea jelfa is what these are, but as you say they could be fake, that was my concern.. there’s so many ugl’s around I never know which ones to trust or which are best.
