    Awesome thanks for your reply! Now that’s diet, training plan and log book all ready to go!

    One other query I had was in regard to hydration. I know I want to aim for 5/6 litres a day, but I really struggle with plain old water, if I use squash like robinsons etc should I account for them calories within my daily macros?

    Yea from what I understand Jordan says do push pull legs, as you train every body part twice every 8 days rather than only once a week, which then equals each body part getting hit say 8 times in a month rather than the normal 4 if you was to do a body part per session. I’m sure Jordan will give some feedback on this.

    You may have already seen it but just incase you haven’t, in one video what JP says to do is have say 4 different push sessions, 4 pull and 4 legs, and to alternate between each one then go back to the first and repeat, this way your body won’t get used to the same workout every session! Sounds like a good tool that I’m about to put into place for 2017
