Do you own the thera gun? How do you rate it when it comes to recovery/injury prevention/ activation etc?
Thanks 🙂 -
Crazy sets yesterday! How much attention do you give to internal feel (contracting, lengthening etc) in movements? Vs external (moving weight from A to B with control). Does this differ from isolations to compounds? Say your Rdl, is your focus on moving the weight whilst staying tight or is to lengthen the hamstring and contract up with the ham/glutes?
Interested to know your thoughts on this
Thanks and great ready as always -
Other than your basics, pullovers are a good shout. They can definitely give more pop to your lats especially in the front poses. But this is a case of getting more back mass overall, so heavy basics

Hey Dan, I see you’ve been suffering from shoulder issues. Has this hindered your progress in the gym and also physique wise? Are you somewhat limited in terms of exercise selection? If so, how do you deal with this mentally? Nagging long term injuries in general
Thanks and appreciate the clips on the gram, they inspire probably more than you think -
What were your thoughts on Milan Sadek? I was expecting him to make a bit more noise than he did

Thanks -
Yes I think you shoulder lower calories. For the loo issue you should get a fiber supplement maybe that could help?
Lower carbs maybe by 50 on training days and 40 on rest days. At your body fat percentage you can afford to be pretty aggressive. Let us know how it goes -
It may be the angle of your keg press that is very steep. If it hurts, don’t do it. Plenty of other exercises

Hey Steven
If weight has not been moving for the last 3 weeks it’s a sign that something needs to change, whether that’s increasing expenditure or lowering food. Depending on your schedule, you could start by adding 30 minutes of cardio on your rest day?
You mentioned that you have a physical job so cardio is maybe not ideal for you. If you are looking to diet for stage, not the best idea on top of your physical job but if dieting to lose fat and look/feel better, this is what I would do. See what that does for you. If not, adjust diet by reducing 50 carbs on TD. As for your diet set up, looks pretty good to me -
Agree 100% in regards to social media. That’s how you know you love the sport, not doing it for anyone else but yourself. All internal motivation. Thanks for the response

Can’t wait to see you in that line up! Knew you would do it!! Rooting for you, you’re an inspiration

I know you mentioned you deleted the ig for prep but your training clips are inspiring and motivating. Would love to see more if you ever feel like it! Pure motivation
Thanks for the log, very interesting -
Maybe this isn’t an exercise thing? Have you been focusing on getting stronger on X movement? Have you gotten stronger? Have you pushed your bodyweight up? Or are you so concerned about finding the perfect exercise for your “sternum” type that you keep switching exercises all the time? There is something such as the 80/20 rule in bodybuilding. Focus on the 20% (basics) to get 80% of the results. Spend your time on focusing on minor details such as sternum/rib cage etc etc (the 80% little details that don’t matter) and you’ll yield only 20% of the results.
