    Yes at the moment I’m doing a standard dc style approach strength is going up and recover so far is good after the initial re-introduction/shock of training @ 04:30 am and ‘re structure of nutrition.
    plenty of options to consider when things get stale thank you.

    Hi corrine I’m pleased to report that after a few days sweating in Cuba all is back to normal and now I just have a swollen belly which I can put down to over indulgence at the buffet 😉 thanks for your reply hope you are both well ?
