    Theres no reason you guys are right! Im doing pull/push/leg/rest/ repeat
    Ive been recovering and progressing! Just wonder if theres a need of armday

    Sometimes libido is not directly related with hormones…. Avalue your stress levels, routine etc
    if everything is in place then i’d see hormones

    There is no rules to this, if it doesn’t impact the look you could do it. Most will hold some water with any nandrolone so my preference is other compounds that do not.

    I would happily use npp up until 8 weeks out , then I would be wanting to control e2 a little more closely

    Fats in the pre wo Meal i see no problem, the only time that i really avoid fats its in the post workout!

    Jordan, im in prep, about cardio im just counting steps, 10-12K a day, 265/267 lb…. What do you think about training after my first Meal and later in the day invest im the steps? Atm i do 7K steps, after two meals i go train, but, i think i’d train even harder walking up, eating and hit the gym. Thxx!!
