I switched from PPL to the full body split last october and I made the most gains ever since I started with gym a couple years back. Its worth a try.

And i was just wandering if you would do something against it or just continue training with straps. Its probably the limiting factor for most people if they dont use them, I just wasnt sure if thats a problem or not.

sorry maybe I described the scenario wrong. So with straps I have no problem at all with my grip strength. Its just the limiting factor if i dont use them.

Agree with the gang that it’s time to shift to upper lower, but also agree with Kristian that you really need to interrogate how across all your recovery variables you are?
Yes, that’s right. I had a lot of stress at university. Now the semester is over. Maybe that’s enough for things to start moving forward again.

Don’t you have 4 rotations? Then maybe that is the problem.
