    Thats a isolation exercise, use this after your cg bench and dips. When training triceps do 1 compound then 1 isolation exercise during the push session. Or if you want bigger triceps, do 1 compound plus 2 isolations.
    Also for skullcrushers use lighter weight and go for better contraction to prevent elbow pain.
