I’ve never taken t3. And I feel like I look the same in the mirror now as I did 5 weeks ago. And I think my calories is fairly accurate although I haven’t worked them out myself I use a local meal prep company and that’s what I’ve worked out using their values. 4 meals a day. I couldn’t tell you if their values were entirely accurate but to give you an idea two of my meals being mince and spinach…. each meal contains 4 meatballs of typical size. They really aren’t substantial meals. And again the haloumi you’re talking 3 slices less than a cm thick and 3cm x 8cm long. So I guess they are pretty spot on even if they aren’t accurate values I’m still hitting a huge deficit.
Years ago when I was a similar size but less muscular this kinda diet would strip 7lbs off me the first week, 4 or so the next and so on, I was kinda expecting 20lbs or so in 5 weeks but literally nothing. Is blood work hard to or get done?
