they are bodybuilding warehouse brand, i mix it in about 1.5ltr of water. might just leave it out and have post workout shake the post workout meal?

Thankyou for the reply Corinne. at the moment my diet is non existent, just bought my 1st home long days at work and other things but getting back on track. I could use quick meals like whey and oil. the meal spacing you suggested would work pretty much perfectly.

Thanks for the reply i appreciate it. Ive lifted for years but had a year out the gym due to work and other things so its a fresh start.
Im guessing maybe a caloric surplus on training days and a deficit on non traong days focusing carbohydraes sround the workout perimiter?

Yes the latter sometimes I can’t train fridays sometimes it’s Sundays and I can never train Saturdays. How would I structure a push/pull/legs training split
