Be careful with low incline to keep you lower back on the bench. See too many people arch right up and end up doing a flat press on an incline bench.

Id say so. Depending where you position the DB. Higher up the body will hit tris more. Lower the DB will hit upper chest and front delts. Same with any press where you tuck your elbows. It’s because the higher up the body you go, the more horizontal your forearm has to go, putting load on the tri. If you don’t quite get what I mean, try a close grip barbell press from you belly button. Then try it from your nose. Totally different excercise.

I’d do sub q for ease. As dr dean said, no big difference.

I wouldnt just go off gym performance. At the start of preps, people often still progress lifts, even in a deficit. But this isn’t an ideal situation for gaining tissue. If you’re not gaining weight, you’re not in a surplus. And if you’re not in a surplus, you’re probably not gaining much lean tissue. I’d push cals bud. But from sensible choices ????

Normally not so much metabolism from one meal. More than likely you’ve dropped water. Could be a little dehydrated. If you’ve had a salty cheat meal it can throw your water levels out for a bit.

You’re still repairing on rest days, arguably more so (less muscle protein breakdown). So I’d keep the same, except as Corinne said around the time you normally train as that’s normally supplemented with more protein than any other part of the day.

Why are you needing things between meals? People don’t normally struggle with hunger when pushing cals. Are you in a surplus? I don’t think I’ve ever encountered people eating clean, gaining weight and still somehow hungry ????

60kg DB should do it ???? how’s your appetite now? I know you was still force feeding at the start with the tren killing appetite and still on a lot of food. Has that changed since dropping carbs?

As said. Creatine should be a constant year round. Yohimine is a good supplement to use when in a deficit. Jordan has done a video on it. It was a while back.

I’d say a lot closer to training than an hour before. I know plenty who do it on the car park on their way into the gym ???? then sip their intra through the workout.
