Heard lots of people say this on clomid. Great idea having before bed to help. Think happy thoughts ????

What that guy said. The only benefit it can have is a slightly easier time when you come off and start a pct.

Ye I would certainly expect some one on 2g of gear for 12 months would detriment their health more than someone who used less and cruised a few times in 12 months. Same time on….less dosage.

Plenty of time for a cruise in the middle of that. Have you ran bloods?

Orange pin 1”
Insulin pins shouldn’t really be used for any IM injection. -

MemberMarch 20, 2018 at 10:58 pm in reply to: 14 weeks to drop 20-25lbs ? Advise pleaseYe as a coach I see many benefits to doing that. Asking those questions will also give you a lot more info about the person as well as giving you ideas of numbers to calc. Can never know too much about a client.
Advising on a forum though, a couple weeks into a set diet, training and neat level would give great feedback on how to set up the diet going forward just as much if not better than calcs.
I think start points to a diet aren’t massively critical. A person normally has a good idea what their maintenance cals are. Then be more critical on tweaking calorie output and intake as you go.

This is very person dependant. The best thing to see if this works would be to do a trial run a few weeks out. But even then, if you’re not completely peeled when you try it, the effects could be different on peak week. Messing with sodium and water normally puts the body into a massive yo-yo and often timing getting dry and full is complete pot luck.

What doesn’t add up? Almond milk is just water that’s passed through crushed almonds.

I’ll have to try that out to see how accurate it is for me. I’d just drop cals to 2000. Give it a week and see where your weight goes to, then look to expend more energy or have less cals accordingly to get desired weight loss.

I have unsweetened almond milk. I never understood why palumbo slated it. It tastes good and it’s 13 cals per 100ml. How much bad fats can be in it??!!

I’d always try to take fat off first, get to a look where you’re happy with your abs, then push up. If you have a belly and are trying to grow, you’ll never get rid of the belly. Only a deficit will sort that out.

That’s a lot of steps! As said above I’d try more calorie dense foods where you can. You’d have to eat a bucket of chicken rice and broccoli every meal to get that in ???? Also eat big at the weekends and don’t do anything! Have a look at sas’ log. His off season will give you plenty inspiration ????

In what way? First 2 are complete proteins. First is a casein hydro, 2nd whey hydro, eaa isn’t complete but has all muscle building amino acids.

If you’re getting a diet off Corinne then I guarantee whatever she advises will better than any answer you get on here. She’ll ask more questions and give the best advice for YOU.
But in general I would say you could half that amount of peptopro. If you’re having a pro carb meal 90 mins pre and a pro carb meal post workout, I wouldn’t say you need anywhere near that much peptopro. Hopefully that would be a lot more affordable, as having peptopro will always be better than not having it ???? If it simply isn’t an option because of finances, I really wouldn’t worry too much about it. Hitting macro targets and logbook targets are a million times more important.
