Hi sas any reason why you only half dose the paracetamol? Harsh on the liver when taking other orals?

200 should be fine. You can only try and see. Make sure to track NEAT levels too. People tend to do a little more with more cals in them without realising.

That looks pretty good. I’d have that meal 90 mins pre workout. If you start to feel hypo at any point before training or right at the start, maybe add a little fats to the pre workout meal.

Is your appetite actually low? Or is your meal just too much? Could you get the same macros through less food?

Stephen this is Luke’s journal. It’s just for questions about him. You’ll get a better response from posting in the forum bud.

Makes sense to get to the gym even if for a pump session as you’re just maintaining muscle. If you was off season, would you look to take a break to heal up? Then be able progress your lifts to elicit hypertrophy once your shoulder lets you?

Less water retention, less aromatising. But ye, I’d like to know what dose “high tren” is lol, before I say go with that. As Jordan’s said before about lower test and higher nandrolone, nandrolone is more anabolic so it makes sense to get more muscle from the same mg of drugs. The same may apply with tren. A thing to note when doing that, is you may not feel great with lower test and other compounds being high. General well being and sex drive can take a hit. Although proviron can fix most of this.

You sound like you’re doing everything right and asking the right questions. 11lbs in 6 weeks is quite normal. Some will be water, so that may slow a little, but you want to be putting 1-2lbs on each week anyway, so if that does slow, I would look to up you cals accordingly to keep gaining at a similar rate.

I prefer not to use blends because they govern to an extent what dose you have to use. You should be deciding, depending where you’re up to, how much of each compound you should be using. You may for example want to be having 500mg of test per week, but then that would mean having less or more of another compound in the blend. Hope that makes sense.

Ha. He’ll be hitting the magical 400kg deadlift you’ve all set yourselves if he pushes to that kind of weight. Be careful of any advice he gives you Luke. He’ll sabotage you if he doesn’t do it before you ????

Yeees dedicated deadlift day! What kind of numbers are you aiming for? 12 months growing is big potential for some big lifts!

Hi Sas. I’ve asked everyone a similar question. How have you found the increlex? Noticed a big difference on it? You’re at a very different stage of dieting to Jordan so would be interesting to hear your experience with it. Thanks bud
