Has there been any other befits? Or has there been any down points to it? Have you noticed specifically a change to your biceps with you always using that as the site to inject them?

Hi Luke. Jordan mentioned in his last video that you’re running igf. For him he said he saw it as a “game changer”. Just wondering if you would agree with that? Would be interesting to hear your opinion, especially with you being in a very different point, being a few weeks out from a show and him pushing up to new weight territory. Would you see this as something that will help a lot at any point of pushing up or dieting? Or would you say it’s more useful at a certain point than another?

Or just push until it’s time for a tidy up and then go again and see where you end up? The size you’ve put on in just a few months makes this years progress look very exciting.
A couple extra questions
When does season 3 of the size game start? (Getting Jordan on as a guest maybe? ????)
Why does an IFBB pro only have a 2 slice toaster? Ha. -
So you feel fuller on the day with insulin and carbs and flatter with less water retention the day after when you haven’t taken insulin? That’s sound spot on. Lol.

Your diet, weight loss so far and thyroid function would be much more helpful for us to know if you need t3 or not

If you truly want something and truly believe you will have it. It’s just a matter of time (as long as you work for it). You all have good people surrounding you because you are all good people. It’s very inspiring to see the best in the UK all rising together.

Hi Luke. How have you found dropping weight quite quickly and being on low carbs? Has your strength suffered from it? Or has peri carbs stayed relatively high? It must be a little frustrating when Ben has milos pushing big slin and carbs in him! Ha

The tissue you’ve put on in the time you have is already insane. But how much lean tissue would you say you’ve put on since your last pro show?

Would be good to see what food you got through if you could post up at some point after Christmas. I’ve seen you go through sushi, and I’d imagine you would be quite a machine on Christmas Day too!

Could you post up current diet when you get time? Cutting “bad” (hate that term) foods out for carb sources and not eating through the night must mean you have some pretty hefty sized meals! Just thinking about how much rice and potatoes you must need to fulfil your carb requirements is making me want to throw up. Ha.
