That’s great! The worst that can happen is you get to see where you’re at and where you compare to others after this last push and diet, which is a great tool. The best that can happen is you can kick some ass! Ha. Good luck 🙂

Great to see Stephan posting on here. Looking forward to his input.
Do you think the higher gh may cause you to need slin? Or are you hoping RPG will keep you insulin sensitive? Would be great if it does, especially if you’re worried about putting fat on already from the cruise.

Do you have a weight in mind where you will look to have a tidy up? If so, what weight do you think that will roughly be? Looks like you may as well roll with the strength and weight gains for now though bud.

Congrats Corinne! Did you learn any cool new stuff about curcumin from doing it?

I never saw them as that different? Very similar principles and similar take on the nutrition part of the workout too.

If you’ve been on for the 14 weeks you’ve been bulking then I’d do as rotties says and back off. But if not, tren could be good, but wouldn’t bother with winstrol.

Hi Jordan.
You’re taking a lot of rpg at the min which makes complete sense with the high carb approach. Can you become less insulin sensitive if you come off the rpg? As in, can your body start to rely on GDAs and lose a lot of the ability to use carbs well without them?

(although you’re a pro now so I should say open class ;)) Does that bump up on legs days? Good I suppose though if you’re growing off that amount of food. Gives you scope to push food up without forcing food in.

Still doing cardio?

This last page seems to be getting very off the topic of jordans journal. Lol

I’d imagine the appetite, your body liking the food going in and the high veggies all have a role to play on each other.
And thinking a little longer term, I bet you’re looking forward to starting prep on v high food.
You mentioned you’re having more carbs on rest days now. Is there a set rest day diet or does it depend how you feel and what workout you’ve just done/going to do the next day?
-
Cheers Jord. Super quick reply. Serious mass day food. And pretty ‘clean’ (I hate that word, ha)

You mentioned your rest days are higher in cals/carbs, could you do a meal macro breakdown of the day? And one for training days? Would be good to see where you’re at pushing food now.
