    Will you be posting up your full daily diet and macros soon bud? Would be great to see a training and none training day set up.

    It would be good to get some pro/fat meal ideas too as I know a few people can struggle making those as fun as pro carb. It’s easy to get some coco pops and bagels with jam with a shake and enjoy them. But I think pro/fat meals sometimes have to be more creative to taste good 🙂

    You can definitely push your carbs much higher than that on training days. I’d bump another 100g carbs per day around workout perimeter and see how you get on. I’d imagine strength will increase too.

    So would you then look to do more pro fat meals when not near the workout perimeter to bring that sensitivity back? Then push the carbs back up to get growing again?

    When’s the daily diet being posted? I’m just starting to push after being a little burnt out from dieting all year so dying to see it to follow a similar concept 🙂

    I wish I could have a quick peak into 2019 to see what a monster you’ve become ha!

    Has your food pushed up since your last macro breakdown post? That’s some good weight in that amount of time!

    Watched the videos today buddy. Looking forward to seeing the macro break down tomorrow.

    200g of coco pops?! Do you have a carb meal within an hour of that?

    I only have 60g cocopops and if I don’t have a carb meal quick or have a bagel with it I get hypo pretty bad. Shows I’m keeping insulin sensitivity at least 🙂

    Yes would definitely want to see your plan buddy. And I know a lot of others will too. I’ve pretty much been dieting for 12 months straight now for one thing or another so am burnt out. Got 6 months to push weight up now so will be great motivation to see you doing the same.

    Congrats buddy! What a great way to end prep. Looking forward to following you off season now. You gained a lot of lean tissue in a short period with Jord. So will be good to see what you can do running into next year!

    How’s the peri workout macros looking now bud? I noticed from the latest vid that you’re only having 50g carbs intra on push days with the new style of training. Would be interesting to see how the rest of the macros (mainly carbs) are looking around the workout perimeter of each workout.

    What do her bloods say?
    Is the upped thyroid meds and more cardio AND less food making her more sedentary the rest of the day?
    How is her performance in the gym?

    There has to be something obvious missing here. You can’t just blame hormones. That wouldn’t explain the problem. Upping energy expenditure and lowering cals WILL result in weight loss.
