So no competing this year then? Get bigger and try again next year?

With having relatively high food considering where you are, will you be looking to drop a little cals to offset the lack of steps? (After your mini clearout and you’re back to steady weight loss). So still keeping in a deficit, but not sucking your legs down with steps?

So fucking exciting! (Yes I figured out the plan pretty much instantly, ha) perfect opportunity when your down already to get nasty peeled. And with your amount of tissue, it’s going to be epic.
I know you’ll have already thought it, but let Corinne be your eye for a few weeks, changing so much will be a complete mind fuck when you don’t have a coach to tell you what to do. You know your body will change and possibly strength could go up or down from less steps, no orals and changing training. But when it happens as you know, it’s so easy to make wrong decisions if you don’t have someone externally looking at you and giving advice.
Good luck buddy. Great opportunity here can’t wait to follow it 🙂

Dying to know what the plan is from here bud! Poses looked great on insta.

How did legs and push go bud? Things changed from dropping test and gh yet?
Loving this mentality of willing to sacrifice a bit of fullness for that tight peeled look. You must be quite literally one of, if not THE most muscular dense physique on the planet at your height/frame. Condition and tight mid section will only show that off better, especially stood next to other well conditioned physiques.
And when do we get to see these progress pics you were taking?! We’ve only been waiting over a year. Ha.

Damn. I made it my mission to never get the “read back” response. Ha. Gutted. However I’m glad we are on the same wavelength with what to try for quad recruitment 🙂
Hopefully you haven’t lost as much leg tissue as you think. You’re in the best condition you’ve ever been and legs are always going to be the flattest muscle with steps affecting them. Hopefully the carb up brings a nice surprise to them bud.

Hi Jord
Would you consider pointing toes more forward and knees in a little more for better quad recruitment? I know you have said in the past you squat from where you feel strongest but if you’re strongest because you’re recruiting more dominant muscles it may not be a good thing for the current goal of loading your quads.

That’s a very brave post Frederick when jordans in his last few weeks of prep. Lol.
I’d look to email support bud to sort out your posting problem. Otherwise you’re only going to have this same problem when you come to create another thread.

Hi bud. On reflection of this prep, the 2 biggest surprises I’ve noticed is how close to show day you’ve not only managed to hold your strength, but progress even though until recently your orals have stayed low.
And the 2nd being how much cals/carbs you’ve managed to keep and still consistently lose a good amount of weight each week.
Why do you think this is? And do you think maybe even they could be because of each other? As in digging deep in the gym kept your lifts up and burned extra cals making your cal need higher?
Either way this prep looks like not only the most successful but the most enjoyable for you too.

Love it. That’s a really clever way of cutting refeeds out but not getting too sucked down. And makes sense to creep into a surplus on the day you’re creating the most metabolic stress.
-
If you read back one post he said high days like legs, he will gain. I’m interested to know exactly which days are planned to lose, gain or maintain now that refeeds are out.
-
I know Ben. That’s not what I asked…
-
Ooo these next 3 weeks are gunna suck with no refeeds. Although at least you’re still on a good hit of carbs.
What day (push day pull day leg day and rest day) are you in a deficit? And likewise which days are you in a surplus or possible maintenance?

I’d love this to be true about curcumin, but after 15 years of seeing exciting research on hundreds of other compounds, I’ve become skeptical in my not so old age of 32. Ha.
