Sounds like you just may be naturally quite insulin sensitive. Can only be a good thing ???? I’m very similar. But I’ve set my diet up to be that way. I’m active and have a window of around 8 hours where I eat carbs. Always get good pumps from my carb meals.

Hi buddy. I’ve noticed more than anything lately a HUGE difference in your mood. Followed you before trained by JP even existed on the old forums and I’ve never seen you so relaxed and positive and just generally in a good place. Which is pretty epic considering how much you’ve got going on with the brand. What would you put it down to? Feeling comfortable with Corinne dieting you? Being back in touch with family? More confident with package you’re bringing? Either way, it’s great to see you so content and happy buddy.

Yes! Looking forward to watching your road to Toronto mate. Have you and Phil made any kind of broad plan with diet? I know it’ll change depending on what he see’s but you look about 6 week from being inside out ???? so do you think very slow and steady? Or more ups and downs calorie wise?

Hi James, after watching your insulin vid, would you say a good GDA could do similar for dropping blood sugar post workout if you wasn’t wanting to use slin?

He’d have your pro card in a flip wallet that he can flash to everyone he sees ????

Jordan, just an idea to bounce to you. Could the issue with midsection control be more to do with food volume rather than calories or body weight or composition? Is it worth trying to hit more calorie dense foods to bring food volume down to see if that helps?

There’s a huge gym culture here in Wigan. Which gym did you train at? Even Arnie has trained at Catts gym in Wigan ????

Just seen the shots Jordan’s put up on insta of you. So we’ve now seen your unreal improvements from front and back. It’s like a brand new physique. Pushing the weight and being obsessed with training showing it was all worth it. Blown away Corinne.

    Hi James
Is Phil looking for a slower weight gain with maybe a lower end weight to last time? Jordan mentioned it in your leg video I think. Is the plan to gain tissue, but be able to start a prep at a lighter weight so make prep easier?

    “I can have 300lb strength at 260”
“you’ll see a more muscular me with a smaller waist”
???? fuck they are 2 very cool statements in your last video! A 20lb cut instead of 55lb cut will be a breeze for you after some of the preps you’ve had to do. (The one after milos weight gain and prep springs to mind) look forward to seeing a fresh Jordan on stage. So fucking exciting.

Mate, that condition was unreal. Full and dry as hell! Was it 6th spot? Placing in by far the toughest lineup out of the 3 shows you’ve done is epic. Shows you’ve got the structure needed. Enjoy some down time. Then time for new tissue to crack the Olympia!

Ok as long as when I get called fat on my next push up to Christmas I can use the excuse ‘weight is just relative’ ????

Awesome leg vid bud. Would it be too sad if I went down there for a long weekend and cover all body parts there? Unbelievable gym, and great seeing you like a kid in a sweet shop there. Ha.
