Will you run slin with any of these high carb meals? Or just matador?
Do you use bcaa’s anymore after the research showing it’s not great without a complete protein? I have peptopro intra and reflex post. Then have bcaa’s with meals (as there’s never a meal without protein)

I’ve read through all that and all I can take away is that you’ve been losing weight easier than ever with low t3 levels and nearly 4000 cals on training days with no cardio and not that many steps! Your sheer mass must just demand a lot of cals just to stay full. Plus training really hard helps. It’s crazy how much food you need to get through. I’d imagine building up and staying relatively lean has played a big role too in not having to eat dust to drop weight.

Hi Jord. Given your weight and condition. How much tissue do you think you’ve managed to gain since the worlds?
-
Just watched the vid bud. Wow, as soon as the picture came up I could see your face looks leaner from even a week ago. Really exciting to see how you’re going to look. Hope some pics are coming soon.
Really exciting for sas too to be up by that amount of weight while holding good condition. Sounds like he’s put some decent tissue on already with plenty scope to up cals and gain strength. I predict a good transformation for Olympia 18.

Ah glycogen. We love you! Ha. How are you looking Jord? Filled back out? What’s your plans with the slin now? Maybe add pre workout back in but at 5iu for a while to stop getting flat so quick?

I think I may have worded it a little wrong from the way both you and sas have commented. And by the sounds of it you’re a lot flatter than I thought. With your compound movements staying strong and being due a carb up anyway (which you had with the sushi) I meant more to keep on this path and get down to stage weight early. But from the sounds of it you’re sucked way far down. Looking back, it seems like this has started happening since you dropped the slin pre workout. So it sounds like the big weight drops may well be coming from you just not keeping enough glycogen in the muscles. So makes sense to add some slin back in or go on a crazy carb rampage! Ha. This alone I’d imagine will get your strength back up and allow you to stay off the orals you was thinking of adding which can only be a good thing. Enjoy your sorbet and bagels!

Have you considered sticking with it, keep flat for a while as long as lifts don’t regress , get peeled 6 weeks out Dorian style then manage fullness with carbs running into the show adjusting them depending on whether you’re looking either flat or spilling over a little?

Looks like you’ll be rewarded with another calorie increase soon bud with your training going back to heavy loading. Exciting to see where this push will take you weight and condition wise.
On a very separate note. I’m a massive car nut too. Got a 339bhp 350z. What are you driving?

Hi Jord. As you get deeper into prep and your cals come and slin comes out, would you ever consider dropping your intra workout and replace with real food either side of the workout perimeter to fill you up more? Or are you at a point where even on prep, your cals are high enough that hunger isn’t an issue?

He’s doing one in Edinburgh

Lots of warm up sets is normally what takes the time. As you say, when they add up the working sets it would be done a lot quicker but they spend a long time warming up to prevent injury from the intense and heavy work sets.

Hi sas. So pleased to see this log start and look forward to more video updates too. Really excited to see what you bring to the stage after adding more tissue to an already very accomplished physique.
Your post post workout meal has no carbs and is in fact your highest fat meal of the day. Do you know why that is?

There’s a lot of posts not related to jordans prep this page. Can you start a thread on the forums instead? It makes it really tough to sift through to find out things about the prep.
Cheers 🙂

Wow. 14 weeks with 22 is very easily achievable. Possibly even a little scope to gain a little tissue with your cals still being high, coupled with going back on anabolics and being able to lift heavier. Really excited to see the end result mate. So much potential with where you’re at 14 weeks out.

Finally a calorie change. You’ve done really well to hold that amount of cals per day and drop to that weight. Puts you in a great spot for the rest of it.
