I wonder if the heat has dropped some water off you maybe? I know your training cals and steps are always consistent. Trying to think of any other variable.

Hi Corrine. I’m sure your plan to stay lean through this off season will pay dividends with crazy condition come stage day. But I’m also looking forward to see what numbers you can get on lifts when you up your weight again. You’re up there with the best with both condition and strength depending on which your goals are 🙂
I’ve always seen clen cycled and even then, other things added to keep potency up. How do yo keep clen working after being on for over a couple weeks?

Pulled your slin back down Jord? Noticed you put 10iu pre and post but I know you upped it to 15iu a couple weeks ago. If so, what was the reason bud?

I’ve seen so many amazing physiques train in different ways. The one thing they all have in common is progression. Whether they add more calories, more drugs, more weight, more reps, more sets per week. As soon as progression stops, just add more to any of these and your physique will get better. It’s so easy to get caught up in “do what this guy does and you will look like this” but no matter what split you do, if you do the same weights, reps, cals etc week in week out, you will stall.

What did you take the dose to? You seem to be quite sensitive to certain peptides. I know you struggle with Bromocriptine

Hi Jord. Do you run the test e and tren e ed because of the npp needing to be ran everyday anyway (keep it straight forward) or do you prefer running long ester ed for a beneficial reason? (Looking at your first post Nov 15th)
