A slightly bigger picture and more than exciting prospect. Think of the leaps forward you have made with Jordan the last 2 off seasons. What kind of freak will 2019 bring?!!

Youve pushed the fullness to see how far you could go. Now you know. Great experience and first pro show under your belt. Now you have a better plan for tampa. Can’t wait ???? well done James.

If you’re running flat this close to comp, would you still look to do a big carb day, or could it effect too much the way you need to carb up a few days out?

Any reason why you use peptobol over other peptopro products? Seems really expensive compared to other brands and from what I can see peptobol is just hydrolysed casein. I like the look of the glycobol.
Oh and do you split your orals or take them all together? ???????? -

Look at James or Jordan’s log when they were pushing up. They both kept to clean food this time round. Don’t look at sasan’s ???? not so clean.

There’s no set rule here. There are some guides but as long as you aim for 1.5g of protein per lb of body weight, set you healthy fats, then just play with your carbs to put you in either a calorie deficit or surplus. Some people like to push fats up and down too and person dependant that can work too. But it’s very trial and error. Find an amount that doesn’t have you dropping/gaining too quickly and adjust from there.

A 50/50 split would be 25g of each ???? but surely you could work that maths out?! ????

This is literally the most vague post I’ve ever seen in 15 years of being on bodybuilding forums. Congratulations ????

Has weight loss slowed down or stopped? If so, the odds are you’ll need to push cals a bit and gain a little weight to give yourself scope to pull things out again to lose weight.

Any reason why your only meat source is steak? Fat related?

Feeling any closer to setting an off-season diet and training schedule? Or just enjoying down time and not overthinking it yet?

I know some people who have very low activity levels like to do some liss cardio every day. Just to get things moving around the body. Seems to help with nutrient partitioning. Maybe don’t do this AND drop cals, but it could be another tool when pushing food up again and stalling with weight increase. I think it can be a time dependant thing also. Around 12 weeks of pushing and you body just seems to resist.

Seems like a lot of serious drugs thrown all over the place! Pull everything back, including food if you’re able to. Treat it like a mini cut with maybe just a TRT dose test and see what happens after a few weeks.
