Has your more pump focused sessions helped injuries? If so, would you look to do more loading workouts when pushing weight back up? -
Sounds like you’re going to need to do a mental post show pig out just to get to stage weight. Never mind put 20lbs on. Lol. Got your car back from Wigan yet? I actually live 2 mins from there. They have some mental cars in there. The rs6 is unreal. The guy who drives it trains at my gym.

What do you want from a pre workout? That would help decide what is best for you massively.

Hi buddy. Would you say you improvement in digestion is from any supplement aids? Or purely food choice? Interesting that less calorie dense carb sources means more volume of food but yet the body is able to digest better.

That’s why I’ve broadened the answer. He can decide what to do from that. There’s always a line to be drawn. Plenty have NO intra and do just fine. Plenty have cyclic dextrin and peptopro and also do just fine. Don’t obsess over it too much. Obsess over getting the right total macros through the day and over training as hard as you can. The rest are minor details.

For a first cycle I’d have to disagree matey. But each to their own. You bounce back very quickly off 250mg test only first cycle.

I’d say a little long for delts buddy. Could still use but don’t go all the way in. Depending how big your delts are.

Check you activity levels including NEAT see if anything’s dropped. Very normally for you to subconsciously do less as you get lower on cals which causes the stall in weight loss. But as said give it a few more days. Are you looking any different?
