    It was proven quite a while ago that BCAAs are pretty useless bud. If you’re getting you protein already from meat I would bother with it. Maybe add in EAAs if you really want to use aminos.

    I don’t think JP recommends that buddy. Watch the 1st and 2nd cycle video. As said, 250mg should work great. Glad to hear you’re thinking of going lower, quite refreshing.

    People cope very differently to carb sources. Gatorade can cause gastric distress. Especially when drank during workout and will require blood to the stomach and gut. I’d say better than nothing but cyclic dextrin is king here. Or you can have carbs before training, let it digest and then train.

  • Over a gram of gear for a second cycle is crazy high. Everyone aromatises differently. Only blood work will let you know what’s best for you.

    Nandrolone is very anabolic. I’d save tren for dieting down. Plus tren kills appetite.

    Not discount them. But that 16g of protein will not yield the same results as from meat. So if your aiming for say 40g of protein per meal and you only get 24g if it from meat, you’re NOT getting 40g of useable protein.

    Indirect macros aren’t normally counted but the calories are. Eg if you aim for 40g protein from a meal, you will want them all from meat. You wouldn’t have less meat because you get a few extra grams protein from veg/carb source. But the total calories from the meal no matter what macros should be counted as the bigger picture goal is whether in a deficit or surplus, and miscounting cals from meals will make this hard to calculate.

    A good turning point can be as lifts start to regress or stall. The leaner the better without sacrificing muscle. The rebound and insulin sensitivity will be better. And will give you more scope and time to push up before needing to tidy up again.

    Great advice about weight drop from akki. I would second pretty much all of it. I’m not sure JP advises such a definitive bulk though. But that can be addressed when you’re lean on a separate thread ????

    Fat blunts insulin sensitivity. So takes longer to process. A tactic used by many bodybuilders but more for carb timing.

    With a pre workout slin working very quickly and gh taking hours to get peak levels of igf, the benefits aren’t so much on them working well together. But simply gh is better than no gh. A pre wo gh shot will be helping you out a lot more with you post workout slin shot tbh. But, as I normally put at the end of any gh advise, as long as you’re pinning it, whenever that is, it’ll do its job.
