    No, not with that amount of test. A little proviron would help this anyway and I really rate alongside most stacks with a decent amount of test.

    Can’t believe you was in my home town wigan today. One of my best mates just traded his 500bhp civic type r in for an 11 plate pearl white ST. He’s got plenty plans that involve kms visits. Ha.

    Hi Bob….I mean mike. Ha. This is Jordan’s log. Although the question still works for him so not completely irrelevant. I know he has tried quite a few injectable prewo last year and did rate some. I’ve no idea about James’ use though ????

    Nearly there mate. That low carb coma will be gone very soon. And as the carbs come back in, you get to rest and you’re in Cali, you’ll start feeling yourself again. Plus you’ve got James there to cheer you up. Tell him to get some ice breaker questions ready for you ???? “would you prefer no carbs for another day or an in and out burger and a punch in the face?” Ha.

    Good luck sas. Been great following this and plenty vids to watch. Low days done. Hopefully you’ll be feeling better with these higher days leading up to the show plus the buzz of being there should perk you up. Time to enjoy it ????

    Depending on placings will you look to have some time away from the gym after this long stint of ED training? Either after Cali or fingers crossed after Olympia ????

    Would you ever deload and drop cals to keep fat loss up? Or would it be too hit and miss not knowing exactly what cals you should be on until it’s too late and you’ve either dropped too much or not enough?

    Ye with it being your first ever comp, as said keep things really simple. See how you look and learn from it. As evalution said, doing anything too crazy that hasn’t been tried often ends in disaster. I think skip was well known for doing a practice run a couple weeks out from the show. That could be an option mate if you can get down in time. Could learn a lot from it.

    @Corinne . I remember him talking about this. I couldn’t figure out how he was losing weight, but technically not going further into a deficit. Surely as soon as he stopped losing he would have to pull cals from somewhere? Rather than pull a macro but add in a different macro to the same calorie weight.

    There are slight advantages dependant on goals by having at different times per day. But pre and post I don’t think works great as it takes a few hours to hit peak igf from a shot anyway. I get maybe pre wo and pre bed or pre wo and on wake, but to be honest, as long as you’re pinning it, it’ll work just fine.

    That sums up exactly what I said above. Haha. You seem to hold water when run down. Most do, but you more so. Would help explain why when you’ve hammered cardio and dropped food in the past, it hasn’t seemed to have the desired effect? Slow, steady and relaxed seems to make you look better.

    What’s the difference between having yohimbine or something with yohimbine in it? You either won’t have it or you will. Lol. It’s a great tool though, especially for stubborn fat. Great answer from Stephen too.
