    If your on a cut. Oats, rice and potatoes are great. They will allow you to eat the most for the amount of carbs in them.

    More food on a day you’re doing less wouldnt be the best idea mate. I’d just look to make sure your food choices are more filling than calorific.

    The problem with dbol is it can kill appetite. And missing meals will be much worse than not using dbol. Maybe see how it goes, but as food needs to be pushed higher, you’ll probably want to drop it.

    I don’t think it’s worth it if not competing. There’s plenty other ways to maintain muscle and strength. Yes clen is anti catabolic.

    Great post by morning iron. I agree completely. Don’t know how people run higher nandrolone. Great if you can though as it’s more anabolic. Jordan seems to cope well with low test cycles.

    Lol Adrian. Dr dean asked 3 separate questions that you answered directly and then didn’t get any advice ???? I’ll apologise for him ???? doses all round seem a little high given your limited previous cycles and your weight. I wouldn’t necessarily advise what you’re proposing but that would certainly work well mate. I’d just make sure you haven’t been on for too long. Don’t wanna mess your bloods up too much.

    Seems like a waste of a needle. There could be tren in there instead ???? I’ve only ever used tabs and they work just fine.

    Either of the first 2 would be great. People seem to alternate days with mk677 but I personally have never used it.

    Off season cycles are boring lol. Prep cycles are where people get crazy.
    Best off season cycle for me was 600 test 400 npp. Kept in a surplus, pushed strength and grew like a weed.

    At 95kg I’d say that cruise may be a little high. If going into a bulk, I would ease into it. Although the gh and the relatively high cruise dose should keep you quite lean. Only bloods will let you know when the cruise should be over.

    Definitely worth trying eq bud if you haven’t before. I quite liked it. Takes a while to see it working. But good for appetite which is a plus when pushing.
