    How longs a piece of string? Lol. What does the workout look like? What’s your stats? For a 75lb bikini competitor doing a half hour pump session it would be more than enough. For a 300lb bodybuilder doing a 2 hour heavy load workout it would be insufficient ????

    RPG by redcon1 gets my vote. One of if not the best in the market imo. Have it just before any high carb meals.

    Great for both. I guess if I had a gun to my head I’d use it when dropping weight. But if you’re doing a show, drop it at least a week out to get rid of water retention.

    I have life extension. They are very good quality. Darkened gel caps. But not cheap. Anything life extension is very high quality, but it has a price tag to match.

    Plenty have conceived on big shut down drugs like nandrolone and tren, so it’s quite possible for them to on trt with hcg.

    60-90 mins should be perfect. Not sure about “full blown effect” in 60 mins. But your in the gym for roughly 90 mins dependant on your regime so that shouldn’t matter.

    Look at Jordan’s videos on first and second cycles. But as a guide, test prop, tren ace and winny is definitely NOT a first cycle. So I’d stay away from wherever you researched that to be so mate. Choose to either drop fat or gain weight and look to run a low dose test only cycle. If your diet is right and you train hard, you’ll see great results from this.

    I would advise against tren. What are your stats bud? 240mg test pw on its own is on the higher end of a cruise really. Unless your trying to hold on to a hell of a lot of muscle I’d say it wasn’t necessary. And with you specifically saying your cholesterol is out, tren is up there with the worst for messing with your lipid profile.

    Karolo he had said from knowledgable people. Not just people in the gym. And if “what you know” is it’s used “for medical reasons” then it sounds like your knowledge is pretty limited too and not advice that should be taken. The most interesting thing I learned about t4 was from dr Scott Stevenson that t4 is a much better regulatory thyroid med. It produces more or less t3 dependant on how much you eat. So on a high day, it will convert more to t3 which in turn will metabolise food better, and if eating less will back metabolism off which would be muscle sparing. So definitely has its uses in bodybuilding. Hope this helps bud

    I love how chris has just instinctively known how to treat your body to keep you dropping, then keeping you in the right spot between shows. You’re the first to admit your body is a complete dick and often does the opposite to what you’d expect ???? I wonder if he diets/dieted someone with similar traits? You ever asked him if he’s dealt with someone with your traits?

    Sorry to hear Jordan. I’ve had more than my fair share of bad news for my age and I found training and having a goal help me a lot. Hope, it does for you too.

    Would you say you find the majority of prep easier than off season? You seem to really dislike forcing meals in and being huge. But now that you can diet on what most would consider high cals and carbs and introducing tren (that you don’t seem to struggle with) and getting stronger still for a lot of the prep it seems that although most hate prep, it’s a nice break for you, being able to do more, feel better and still eat plenty food.

    Are you looking to do another push up in between now and the Indy pro? Trying to figure out how things will go with you have 20 weeks and in the middle of a cut. From how you’re looking now, you could be peeled in 8 weeks.
