    If your goal is to look as good as you can physique wise – musculature etc. I wouldn’t go vegan personally. It’s definitely sub optimal when it comes to that. That being said I’ve noticed aj Ellison is now vegan. But he’s like 47 and looks insane. (physique wise) real genetic freak. Might be worth giving him a follow on Instagram

    Is there reasoning behind it being sub optional? I found the documentary “game changers” really interesting, and the results on blood work after only a day surprised me. In addition I suffer with psoriasis and plant based diets have been shown to be very effective in dealing with Leakey gut and the immune system etc. I’m going to try it for 40 days and see if I notice any improvements 🙂
