280 today , happy with this , taken 7 weeks back on after cruise to look back to how I wanted , will do another maybe 14 weeks on and then cruise again. Will see how I feel , once I go over this I fucking hate being this weight, but it is what it is.

Do you implement any insulin to help process the amount of food you have to consume in the off season? I can imagine you run into some insulin sensitivity issues and possibly meals compounding with the amount of carbs

Personally I have as many if not more carbs on rest days. I find that I’m better able to assimilate food and have less bloating etc when eating away from training. I’ve personally always found low carb rest days have negatively impacted my performance on the following training day, whereas an even amount across them doesn’t. Just go with what serves YOU best brother.
might wana keep on your FBG if you’re doing it that way, although one way i’ve noticed a lot of the jp athletes do it is they have no carbs the first 4-5 meals and then throw in carbs the last 1-2 meals, but you want to stay at maintenance if not below on a training day unless you are in a surplus to begin with
