270 on the dot ! Just waiting for the test to kick back in so can fill on up, the slow deflate from cruising is meh! Couple weeks and should be a much better 270 ????

how much water do you expect to retain from the increase in test?

Also Lantus was marketed as a 24 acting insulin but it’s been proven that in reality it’s 14-16 hour max, it does nothing for me lowering my fasted BG

How do you determine your Lantus dose? Also do you split dose morning/bedtime to lower fasted bg?

By feel and monitoring BG all dose in one in the morning soon as I wake

I wouldn’t recommend lantus pre bed it may drive BG too low. After reading on it and from experience it can do that in middle of the night even when shot only in morning it has peak half life of 12 hours but actually works up to 24.

Thanks bro, I’ve found that Metformin with my last meal brings down my fasted BG to between 75-80 which is great considering fasted cardio. Do you still run lantus on rest days when fats are considerably high?

Cream of rice is very caloric dense so not much bang for your buck there, it’s a better option pre work out as your body isn’t trying to process a ton of food before lifting.. Add fruit to it for fiber and slower digestion

Do you think you’ll work with Phil again? Seems like you guys had amazing chemistry, that being said you look in good shape for this up coming show. Probably the most self sufficient body builder alive man!
People forget James is a work horse. Phil just took glory for jame’s relentless commitment to the cause.

Trust me, I think if any BB can do it all on his own it’d be James, but you’d agree Phil’s a good coach right? Albeit James is the best candidate to show off a coaches skills given he’d never drift from the plan.
My opinion is irrelevant. Do I think he’s a good coach ? I haven’t had experience to judge or have a say in matter. Some of his stuff makes sense other absolutely not.. I can only go off watching him train and it’s laughable + the training theories are terrible.

He talks about good form and “digging deep for reps” but his training style is comical, idk how anyone can take him seriously tbh, he posted some stuff on his story today shit talking who i can only imagine be JP, it was about RDLs
