I’m surprised no one has mentioned occlusion/blood restriction training for calves, there was a study done recently and it was shown to cause 25% more muscle growth, google will help you find it

I do myself a lot of quad shots, love them cuz they are so easy to complete.
But if you got PIP, you walk like a walking dead…. Especially getting in the car if a bad PIP is just shit…

I totally agree but ever since switching to top of the quad and going straight in from the top instead of the side, no pip at all, I did 2cc in each leg before fasted cardio this morning with no issues at all. I’ll pull up a diagram to show you where exactly

I used to inject inject lower/mid quad area but always came with some PIP/soreness – I started dating an RN and she showed me how to pin upper quads, basically finger length down from hip area.. changed my life, no PIP at all and goes it smooth as butter

Pharmaceutical companies are forced to put an expiration date even if the product is good after that, potency may be reduced but it doesn’t expire in a sense like food does

Unless taken prior to fasted cardio its really pointless unless you just want it for the mood boost effects

Do cardio fasted with yohimbine, 0.2mg per kg, throw in some clen or a thermal fat burner, GH shot IM fasted, wait to eat until BG is ready

Personally I’d start at 30iu on workout days only.
