    Mark , some people do love them though , so there must be some merit there somewhere .

    Luca, if your peeled the look on jt would be superb , just don’t run the test toooo high and then, eq at half the test dose will do a decent job on the look. The only difference I would say is I think test + primo doesn’t NEED tren , but test eq would benefit from a tiny bit of tren too

    Jordan, what has your experience been with EQ in a diet/prep? How does it compare with DHT’s for you?

    Hi Luca – ALT can be seen as slightly elevated/on the higher side in trained individuals. Did you train the day prior to getting these done ?

    No I had not trained in 3 days

    For the unconstituted peptides, do you just store these at room temperature until mixed? I have some reta I might not use for 3+ months

    I did a few days higher that’s all . There are no right ways , just whatever feels ok . Try it and see ( that’s all I ever do )

    Jordan you mentioned considering front loading EQ, did you do so in the end? Alternatively, would there be merit in stating EQ one week earlier given the longer ester comparatively to Test E?

    Test 150-200 a week

    Gh 6-8 a day ( less does fuck all imo)

    Reta 0.25-0.5mg / day

    Klow 1.5mg ghkcu and then whatever the bpc etc you get alongside , it’s 300 ish

    Mito:

    10mg meth blue

    1-2mg mots c

    2-3mg ss31

    500-1000mcg slu

    500-1000mcg 5 amino

    100mg nad +

    Realistically if someone is running that , they will look and feel fucking unreal . Health will be outrageously good , energy , mood , sex drive , will sit much much leaner year round . If then want to get leaner , add more slu , add gc1 , add Cagrilintide for food noise

    This is leveraging everything perfectly and should have absolutely zero sides

    For this Jordan, all Mito AM fasted?

    Get strong at middle

    Then load mid top 50/50

    Then you can split 3 sets

    1 all mid

    2 50/50mid top
