    This is great to see you have got these done! These are the tests Most bodybuilders will avoid doing and just keep getting blood work and not actually paying attention to their Ventricular hypertrophy and ejection fraction which is defo defo an indicator of heart attack Risk. Getting fitter alone won’t fix this, you need to get lighter too. My advise is 6 months of getting your aerobic base huge – being able to do really gd work for 45 mins to an hour and then also dropping off 30/40 pounds . Don’t worry everything is fixable . Retest again in 6 months and then if you need to get fitter and lighter again, keep going 🙂 . This is literally the exact reason I stopped and started to get much much lighter than I was . So SO many more bodybuilders need to be repeating these tests each year , it will stop a huge amount of deaths

    Travelling back to the uk today. Had a few days back in marbella again for a friends bday. Just been chilled for a couple days and back to the grind tomorrow. Was holding a steady 270 and climbing so excited to keep that pushing up

    Primarily Marbella mate, I spent 6 months there when Uk was in lockdown and loved it, still pretty close to home too. Dubai is a consideration too

    I would be questioning if the drugs were real personally.

    However as Kuba states we do all metabolise the drugs a little different so there is this possibility but im inclined to say these are dodgy.

    Hey!

    So if you’ve been dieting for some time definitely do a shoot to have some pics to look back on.

    If you have no want to build muscle and maintain a good look year round dropping to a test only like HRT would probably be the most “health” conscious choice.

    Obviously the liptoics need to come down I would taler them over the course of a couple of weeks before you fully come away as you build up food slowly

    Mentally you may want more food post the diet but you have to stay resilient you’ve done the hunger thing for so long allowing yourself to feel hungry and be ok as it will subside!

    I would come up for some time make sure all health markers are on track with some bloods and then if you need to do any body re comp you can to then maintain a year round physique

    Thanks Meg! I think staying around trt will be likely with short mini blasts as and when needed, key would be not getting out of shape so I’m always pretty close as opposed to looking at 12+ week dieting phases

    Best case scenario to be in eventually is

    Food high

    Food focus low

    Drugs low

    Cardio low – medium

    The most efficient way to get there is to slowly rebound out of a diet from the leanest start point you can do, so that you have maximal runway to increase calories from start to finish, whilst reducing the drugs and the high cardio along the way

    Essentially you want to do everything you can to upregulate your metabolism as much as you can, without the aid of drugs. So that day to day life maintaining the condition you want is made easy, whereby you can have a few free meals here and there and your new BMR set point will easily cater to that

    Thanks max! Do you think a scenario like this would be a good outcome. Keeping food just below maintenance Monday to Friday and then have some wiggle room at the weekends to include meals out/cinema/ or the occasional night out?

    Would it be possible to maintain a decent level of lifestyle condition by doing this ?

    If I was taking that much, my T3 would be well over range and my TSH would be below 0.75, which is the high end of the range, the way I think of it. 4.2 is the low end.

    TSH Range is 0.25-4.2 though , maybe I’m misunderstanding

    That’s a lot of thyroid meds, IMO. The labs should have it down near 0.25. My TRT Dr says 0.75 is considered optimal and below that you are very catabolic. Besides TSH, you should see free T3 as well, the higher that is, long term, the more counter productive to bodybuilding.

    Dieting down at the minute. So it should be below range? T3 is mid range and free thyroxine is just about in range at 12.6, range is 12-22

    You didn’t rate the gyms much? Yeah heard rent is outrageous there!

    What’s you’re experience with Anadrol/TBol bro, when is the best time to use, rebound/gaining? And what dosages have you used at ?
