Hey mate, wanted to ask you about your npp usage in off season? What dose did you run and what is the minimal effective amount? Would their likely be in increase in e2?
Also, what’s your thoughts on a rebound phase post diet when very lean, I’m considering 6 weeks as bloods have come back good. How would you maximise this phase with anabolics?
Hey Luca. If bloods are good I do like a rebound phase whilst lean, here I feel you can utilise testosterone a little higher along with a DHT and and NOR-19 I would also be inclined to run an oral such as anadrol for a short spell.

Hey Joe, in relation to your rebound post show, how did your compounds/dosages differ from prep? The reason I ask is I’ve had a very surprisingly positive blood results, absolutely everything is in range from a health market perspective and coming to the back of a dieting phase I want to rebound out and take advantage. Would npp be a good choice in this scenario or keep to the likes of primo ?

Looks to me like Potentially your meds might be fake however There is variance between what the dosage yields on an individual basis.
However I would expect t3 to sit much higher at 50 in all cases
Would you recommend increasing slightly both t3 and t4?

Hey Jordan, do you think your new approach to training (fitness/conditioning with weights) would be beneficial to an individual who is looking to get and to maintain a year round lean physique?
The reason I ask is your mindset from what I grasp is that of constant progression and the new style satisfies that, I find in the bodybuilding community there is also that drive but it’s focused on building muscle in order to diet down for stage almost exclusively.
There are jumps up in bodyweight and then usually large drops for stage condition, this up and down cycle is something I have done for the last 10 years myself but if I’m being honest what I really want is to keep what I have, tip away, if I can add muscle, great but If not I’m content with what I have. But I have this desire for progression like you and like many others here that I need to channel somewhere and having the goal to get to a comfortable body composition while getting fitter/healthier and doing that while looking good, what’s not to like.
Is this style of training something to be incorporated straight away or drip feed into current set up?
