I can say with quite some certainty that this is an area that I’m very well accustomed to. Just so we are clear are adverse to using any specific fat loss agents? Are you after the most efficient rapid fat loss approach?
The most efficient, get in get out ideally, pretty much used everything over the last number of years other than DNP which I’d rather not use. How would you approach ?

Hey bud, you’re current rebound cycle, post this phase once you clear out will you go straight back to these compounds at the same dosage or change? How would you structure an off season cycle for an experienced AAS user dosages etc, just interested to get your perspective mate
Hey bud of course I’ll follow what cal says so hard to say exactly but I’d imagine it’ll be similar to what we’re doing now and probably push the primo a little higher
As we’ll be off the back of a clear out phase I imagine we’ll start maybe a little lower than we are now and then titrate up over time. This would be because even at the ‘lower’ dose I’ll still see good gains and it gives us scope to escalate and see the benefits from each escalation as opposed to going In right away at ‘higher’ doses.
Obv higher doses to begin with may yield ‘faster’ results but it’s going to be a long offseason that we want to extend so this escalation model imo if better over time [/quote]

Hey Calum, I’d love your thoughts on this. Basically my goal is to get into a gaining phase for the rest of the year but body comp at the minute is meh at best probably 15%bf likely more. Ideally I want to keep fat gain to a minimum and to do this ideally I’d want to start leaner, closer to 10%. The things so I have multiple weddings/anniversaries/birthdays/ and hod knows what else over the next couple months and I’d struggle to diet through these and in my mind would just be wasting time with the goal to get gaining asap. Calories are at approx maintenance at the minute and I’m just finishing a cruise, bloods are all in check. I want to do a rapid fat loss phase, I’m thinking 250g protein and trace carbs and fat for 2 weeks at least (height 6 foot and 108kg. How would you approach this? Should I add in fat burners/cycle now and get down to that low food asap? How the would you approach coming out of this with food and drugs?

No as I explain in the video I made on this, in order for this to be effective someone must complete a real offseason phase first.
If calories are not high then I am afraid something like this would not work and I would advise to actually commit to a growth phase first or you are sort of yo-yo dieting so progress is likely not the best [/quote]

Hey Darren, how are you going to approach the next 6 months until Olympia, when are you going to start dieting? Does Jamie still look after your cycle, I noticed you don’t use AIs but I believe Jamie Often implements them in cycle, what will your prep cycle look like ?

1/ 250g 5% beef 2 buns 4x cheese on toast
2/PreWO 100g ready brek 65g COR 50 protein from whey 1 nutrigrain bar
3/PostWO 208g chicken 250g microwave basmati rice 2 bagel
4/250g 5% beef 2 buns
5/150g yoghurt 35 protein from whey 4 slices toast with jam
Rest day meal 1/ 5 slices toastie bread 1 tin baked beans 2 eggs 180g egg whites scrambled

Chest/calves
Back/rear delts
Abductor/quads
Delts/calves
Hams/adductor
Arms
Rest
I have two rotations. The 1st I shoot for 12-15 rep max on set 1. Then look to keep the weight the same for my following sets. As much rest as I need
The 2nd I shoot for 20-25 rep max on set 1. Keep the weight the same and then have 60s rest between sets.How long do you expect to be in off-season for ? Also what lab are you using ?

Been up to Manchester today to get my first echo cardio gram. It was actually a good reading. I was a little apprehensive – my heart wall is slightly thickened but that is to be expected for someone that’s been using peds for over a decade. I have a 55% efficiency rate (anything over 55% is considered to be good and 75% is the top reading)
Very happy with this. And now I have measures to look back on and compare with next time I do one. I highly suggest all of you guys using peds get your heart checked out. I got mine done at the blood lab

Jon is currently managing this period of his offseason himself due to personal circumstances, I am not currently in control of decision making.
This would not be something I’d advise unless long term restoration of the HPTA was the objective, and even then you’d be using gonadotropin therapy after ceasing androgen use.

Hi Calum, oh hoping to start my first off season soon. Any words of advise? I won’t even compete and don’t want to put on much fat if at all possible, how best to go about this, starting bf will be around 12%, is this low enough?
Is it possible to make solid gains in 4 months ?

Hey mate, sorry if I’ve missed burnside read back to catch up. What’s the goal loving forward and how do you find the CrossFit, it’s something I want to do myself, what are you doing in the WODs and how are you juggling this with weight training.
I’d probably look do do both side by side, potentially CrossFit mornings and weights at night, do you see any issues with this?
Do you plan on staying on trt long term? Is it Rohm your using, have you seen its back g2g again ?

It’s going pretty good I’m enjoying it. I have got a lot of back pain lately and it’s probably from all the functional training so I’m gonna need to adjust things and get used to it!
In terms of the TRT it’s been about 18 months now I’ve been on that which was after a full PCT and time off with Bloodwork. My natural testosterone did not recover so the likeliness of it recovering is not high. I will definitely try again at some point! Using Rohm labs!
