Hey Jordan, do you find bjj and weights on the same day is manageable from recovery standpoint and still able to progress? Would this be similar for CrossFit, for example training CrossFit am and weights pm?

Hey mate, sorry if I’ve missed burnside read back to catch up. What’s the goal loving forward and how do you find the CrossFit, it’s something I want to do myself, what are you doing in the WODs and how are you juggling this with weight training.
I’d probably look do do both side by side, potentially CrossFit mornings and weights at night, do you see any issues with this?Do you plan on staying on trt long term? Is it Rohm your using, have you seen its back g2g again ?

How do you always manage to stay lean no matter what phase you’re in mate? Do you think coaching someone they need to be lean before going into a gaining phase? Is it possible to crack straight into gaining even at 15+bf?

Hey Jordan, now that you’re focus is on bjj and you think you need to be lighter to compete effectively, how fit do you think you need to be?
Also, do you think it would be possible to get fitter with the likes of the ski/rower as well as build or maintain current muscle mass?

Looking forward to seeing the training and cycle plan bro. Will you be outline a time scale/phases between now and your next prep?

Hey bro, we’ll done at the weekend, condition was mad! What changes were made to training/food/cycle since the move to Calum?
How long are you thinking for an off season ?
Thanks man! I mean there’s only so much we could change without being silly. He made some drug manipulations mainly changing to fast esters, increasing t3, adding superdrol and tren a.
Training was taken back to lower volume and to failure as opposed to higher volume RIR approach. Food was similar, some small changes in macro outlay, hope that answers your question man ?[/quote]
It does indeed mate, thank you -
How do you find the difference between primo in off season and mast in prep?
-
Very impressive mate! What lab are you using for your gear?

I haven’t done CrossFit , never mind mixing it with bodybuilding… what would your goal be ? Or is this just something you would like to try ?
Long term goal is to get fit and functional while maintaining a reasonably lean physique year round. No more “gaining” or long dieting phases etc. training for performance and aesthetics

Are you in the U.K ? Prices seem to vary a lot! Anything London based is crazy monies
Yeah mate London, it’s big dough here. They seem to be very open to AAS users which is the plus I suppose

Luca I haven’t , best to ask one of the other guys that are pushing doses . I won’t ever be taking more than 150 test again and I have a consult next month for private trt , so then will only be pharma test that I get on script
Thanks for your answer! Have you an idea of the cost involved for private doc trt, it’s something I’ll be looking at myself in the near future

Hey Jordan, have you seen any recent Rohm lab results since Covid when there was some sort of raws issue ?

Hey Jordan, now that your priorities have changed, would you ever experiment in RIR training (I think you may have in the past)
Pretty much all of the content/information I’ve consumed has been the progressive overload/train to failure approach so interested to get you’re views on this. I know Joe Jeffery seems to advocate for this approach and Joe Ballinger has implemented this method for his pro card push. Are the two methods comparable?
