MemberApril 15, 2022 at 7:52 pm in reply to: Is it time to come off anabolics and call it a day?I’ve been off since November, no trt, has taken some time to adapt but slowly starting to adjust and energy levels are returning, I just reduce my volume in training. If you don’t plan to compete then I would come off completely, I doubt you want to inject for the rest of your life if you don’t have to. Maybe save the trt until 40s/50s. Il go back on to compete but only want to run small amounts of test and primo as that’s all I will need for classic. I’ve competed for 18years and been against many who had no limit of use, almost all have stopped completely due to health issues, everyone will have their D day and all will have to answer for their choices.
Did you pct? What did you notice after the drop in horomone levels such as energy/recovery/libido?

It’s taken me 12 months of feeling that way, until I have finally cracked on with what I started a year ago to get off the gear and pursuing legit health . You have to accept at some point , that health must be the priority. The only guys and girls in my opinion that can afford to be pushing past their 30s into their mid 30s is competitors making gd money. If your not, I can’t see the merit in it anymore because the risk is just too high. I think it can safely be year round legit trt with then maybe one cycle a year to look gd for a holiday or the summer ( I don’t plan on even doing that anymore as I am now done done done and will be perma trt now) .
It’s very hard to predict how long it would take to reestablish your Hpta , it may never come back at all aswell btw
Hey Jordan, I’m glued to your log and that’s had a massive impact on my thought process, it’s great to be able to follow your change in direction and hence why I’m at this crossroads myself.
I think I’m going to try come off and pct rather than go straight to trt, may as well give it a shot. I think running (underground) trt the temptation will always be there to take a lil more and a lil more and the cycle continues.

Hi Luca, there’s lots of info on the educational videos or if you let us know how you’re wanting to split your training we can help ? I know you’re wanting 2 legs days but what about your other days then we can advise the best way to set up these days ?
Hey! Ideally prioritising upper body, I would be happy doing each upper body part twice a week and then legs once, this would require more volume on the the singular leg day. Would there be much difference in getting full weekly volume in on one day as opposed to splitting into 2?

It’s pretty easy to say that using Anabolics during a rebound phase will Elicit more potential growth for sure! – and if bloods permit then i sway on the side of using it for 4/5 weeks
However you’re an anonymous user and I can’t tell if you’re female or male. For females I never use anabolics post show, and purely rely on food
Thanks max, a little more context, male 28 fairly experienced trainer and AAs user but only really use AAs in dieting phases as I’ve no real goals to be 30+ pounds up from usual weight

Pictures would be useful here, as well as how long you’ve been dieting for, when was the last time you made a change to your plan and if you’ve had any periods of pulling back or refeeds during this time?
Calories have been reduced every 1-2 weeks as well as increases in cardio. No refeed a just straight diet. Diet has been severe and been about 12 weeks so far

1-with mast that high how is your E2 levels?
2-is it usual to have t3/t4 ratio a little higher such as 50t3/200t4? Any issues with it being what you’re currently on ?
3-with halo what effect have you noticed in the past ?
4- yohimbine, what did you titrate this up from and when do you pull it pre show?
4- does the yohimbine hold water ?
5- do you split oral dosages or all pre workout ?

Cheers mate! A nice amount of primo for sure haha, what would you use in this case if you didn’t have primo and would you keep dosage the same as primo ?
