You mentioned you are in pretty poor shape…then you mention that you don’t have massive amount of weight to lose?
Please explain better or post some pictures of your current physique and look.
Most people need alot more time than 16 weeks as most are in worse shape than they think…
A longer prep will allow less fatigue and imo will end up with a better final look.
I would hire a coach and work with them bud
I mean what can I do from now to Christmas so as I can be in a better position to prep in January. If I diet now, then where will that leave me when prep comes? Food will obviously be starting lower etc
I will be assisted by the way

Hey bro, could you provide some background on how you’re handling the long prep from an anabolics perspective. Seeing as you’ve been on prep for quite a while, have you maintained the blast throughout, what did you do in the short downtime prior to heading back to Dubai, was this a cruise or still in a blast?
How long will you be on for in total, how are you mitigating any potential issues with the length?
Hey mate. Of course. So obviously I started the ‘prep drugs’ around 8 weeks out. Tren and masteron. 6 weeks out anavar and 3 weeks out winny. Stayed on but lowered tren when I got with cal from 450 to 300. Then dropped everything. Now only 150 test and 200 primo when Norway was off. Stay here until we ramp again around 5/6 out.
I have not had any sides. Nothing to be concerned about. I really think the trainedbyjp supps are not given as much credit as they deserve they’ve kept my bloods in very good position throughout all my preps. Better than most people who aren’t on prep tbh.
Thanks for the reply mate, I 100% agree with the trained by JP supps, they are a game changer! When you have time would you mind listing what you take from a health perspective supplement wise with dosages etc, health really is the priority!

Good morning guys! Got to the gym super late last night after a mega busy day out on the road at work! Smashed a great chest session, the gym was back so had to keep the workout flowing very fast which meant great pumps but weight had to drop due to lack of rest time! Still a great workout really happy with it. Chilled in the evening getting meals in. Fasted weight today 83.1kgs. Got a big job on today then hitting back tonight late again. Justin has slightly increased food. Blood test booked in for October 6th to see how my body is looking on the inside after 6 months of a low test dose. I feel great and I’m happy with how I look considering the injury so just getting my bloods done out of curiosity. I can’t see myself going back on cycle this side of Christmas but I’m sure we will be in a good spot to explode early next year and see if we can hit a few shows.
Hey mate, what’s there reason for such a long cruise period, is it due to the injury ?

I do the above as Kuba does ensuring my clients supplement with some natural health supps like sea kelp and iodised salt to aid boosting the natural thyroid function
These are something I’d use year round but ensure they are IN post contest
How much of each would you recommend Meg?
-
Very much person depending
T3 controls metabolism
This will reduce on prep naturally – which means you then need to lower food n increase output even more –
This would very much likely cause muscle loss or the potential
Using t3 to keep levels in a healthy range makes a lot of sense for some
Certainly not all my clients use
Then if one needs to speed up fat burning you can increase the drug for that to.
Remember drugs do a job – it’s simply a matter of do you need them to do that job at that time
If you had the perfect off season , perfect prep then you may not need
If you genetically don’t see a decrease in t3 on blood work during prep you may not need
You may need for a host of reasons
I’m that case how bad is the rebound post prep when t3 is removed versus in a natural prep?

Thanks guys @Giantjohal clen has been in for 12 weeks also, starting at 20mcg up to 70mcg now.
What would you recommend as next steps? Fat loss being the end goal, maintaining leanness year round once down another 10kg or so
How much leanness?
10-12%, won’t be actively bulking again, for me it’ll be hovering around this percentage then dip down slightly from there for holidays etc.Your advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey mate, do you have DNP protocol somewhere, I can’t seem to find it?

@Giantjohal I started on 25mcg 12 weeks ago and just upped to 50mcg 2 weeks ago, won’t go higher. Will I keep as is?
-
@jimmytonk1 @Giantjohal do you recommend keeping in until the end of the year so before removing and gaining? Is this not too long or does it matter?
-
You can if you’re still in a defector but they are great tools once things get stubborn
That’s why I’d always try to leave them out as long as possible and bring them in towards the end of the cut.
Why are you removing?
I have had it in for 4 months now but will continue to diet until the end of the year with maintenances phases.
Can I keep the t3 in until then and maybe add clen back a little later, will the long implementation of t3 hamper natural production once removed?

Hey mate, so you’ve said you’re running 10 week push up cycles with 4 week cruises. How hard are you going to be with the 4 week tidy ups?
What will your cruise dose be?
Is this not on the short side for a cruise?
How long do you plan on running this plan?
On oral acidity, what is the reason for this ? -
Hi mate, now that you’re really pushing the cardio I’ve a question that may be applicable. How would you transition from bodybuilding to CrossFit? Splitting time 50/50 between both and how best to keep progressing in both?
-
Thanks for your response, essentially I’m looking to become more functional and fit, not planning on competing or anything. I have just become bored with the bodybuilding only programming and CrossFit is something I’ve wanted to do for ages but didn’t want it to effect bodybuilding
