    Hey bud, do you take your anavar pre workout? Is this after your pre workout meal and how long before training would you recommend taking it?

    Hey JP, you said previously you were going to paid injecting for a period, was it 4 weeks, anyway are you confident by say that 4 week mark you would be with in normal “trt range” and then re implement injections? Would this break not have a negative effect?

    Hey bro, I’ve a question about tattoos. Did you have to take much time off training when you got your shoulder done and what was the recovery like?
    I’m asking as I’m about to get something similar and don’t want to have take time off training etc

    Haven’t used insulin or Gh before, I don’t compete but I’ve been training for 10 years. Highest dosages have been around 500 test, 500 primo, 300 npp and masteron.

    I want to get the absolute maximum amount of tissue available over the next period so I suppose I’m open to suggestions/previous experiences

    Had a sick day today met Dorian again today but this time had an hours chat with him about so much stuff… gear, competing, his thoughts on current BB, what he’s up to now, injuries…. so much valuable and insightful stuff. Also I’m doing a leg session with him next week which will he filmed for the site so you can look forward to that ? … I am l think haha

    Hey bro, I’ve seen you’ve added in more arm work, how have you found it to date? I see a lot of arm training as being just add ons to sessions. I’m looking to and a specific arm day, do you think this is over kill for such a small muscle group?

    Loving it to be honest mate. Felt like my biceps needed to come up and needed some more direct work. Having to add biceps to the end of pull just left me not really hitting them v hard as I was burnt out and I don’t really enjoying training them so was easy to just hit them quick without any real focus.
    My arm day is a delt and arm day so I still have a heavy press for delts. A compound for triceps like a close grip press. Lateral movements and arms. So it’s not only arms but I start the session with 3 bicep movements then move onto delts then triceps prioritising the weaker areas and the areas I want to build up. If you structure like that then I don’t think it’s overkill.
