Hey bud, did you keep the DBH in in the end? Would you consider it a worthwhile addition alongside test and mast for a growth phase?

so i have just dropped it out after a good 14 weeks or so running it – I have now also ran it with several clients and I am quite a fan.

It seems to defo help stay leaner and is IMO good for growth and performance in the gym – dose range 150-300mg max – I found 200mg perfect
Cheers bud good to know

Hey bud, firstly congrats on the season! Is there anything in particular you do to get/keep bloods in a good place while on that cruise amount?

Buddy , over 3 years you have had all the exact same info , nothing has changed and every year you ask questions as if you have had another year of putting absolutely zero action into progress

    What is going on ?

Can you not string stuff consistently together ?

I’ve probably over complicating things over and over again but over the last while I’ve stripped things back. This is just a hobby for me as a recreational lifter so I now realise I don’t need to get caught up in the weeds and go back to basics hence the full body/UL

Hey bud hope you’re well. How has your experience been with DHB so far? Do you think you’ll escalate this or keep it at 200?

Did the person who wrote your mri report refer you to a doctor to discuss the next steps. Having had two shoulder operations in the last 6 months, after my mri report the follow up was to discuss the next steps.it will be good to keep the inflammation down what Clare has said but it’s also important to know if any further action needs to be taken

Thanks Marc, I have a follow up tomorrow so I’ll know more then just trying to get an idea and hope the outlook is positive for recovery
I totally get it having been there myself. I hope your follow up went ok today, keep us posted
Thanks Marc, I had the follow up there. The main issue is Bursitis of the shoulder, I’m getting an ultrasound guided infection to break up some calcium tomorrow along with a cortisone shot. Do you think peptides would be worthwhile also?

Rest is going to be needed here initially, particularly if you have bursitis. If you continue to do movements that aggravate it, then it will just get worse.

In terms of treatment, you can try BPC 157, TB 500 and GH for tissue healing and inflammation control. Using the TBJP complete Joint stack supplements will also be beneficial, as well as icing and utilising over the counter anti inflammatories if necessary.

Other than this, I would work with a medical professional and take their advice. Surgery may be needed if the degeneration is particularly severe or if you need the bursa draining.

Thank you! Do you have a dosage schedule for the peptides?

Take it pre bed and won’t be an issue – taking anti histamines imo is actually a great idea when taking peds especially tren

Hi Kuba, could you explain why please?🙏🏻
Tren leads to your body over producting histamine that leads to excess stomach acid and indigestion – hence why most people get issues taking Tren with digestion – easy fix lower dose and add anti histamine
Thank you!

    Hey Sas,

Things seem to be flying now!

Why did you make the decision to drop test by 200 and add 200 additional mast? Also is that .5 adex daily?

Give a harder drier look. After a convo with JP about it I wanted to give that combo a try. Definitely way harder since that change

Not sure if it was quite the right choice yet cos I do feel very deflated but that’ll also be due to me being very flat right now so I’ll see how I feel over the need week

    Yes adex is .5 daily : )
Thank you!
