It’s also that I think the tren is going to be seeing that prolactin level, and Luca mentioned before that when just on test before he has no estro sides , so my guess is pull the tren and the issue should go
Sorry for the follow up on this Jordan. How long would you wait to check bloods after making the switch to drop tren, to check hormone levels

Great point on frequency, it’s currently twice a week, will increase it and drop the tren, thanks everyone

Drop the tren first and see what happens from that
Then if it’s still there , alter the mast

Drop the tren , just don’t need that drug in there at all
That estro reading is a false high from the tren also

In that 15 years , have you been able to tell if when you train something more frequently it grows much faster ?
So for me , if I train my legs eod or e3d they grow SO fast compared to once a week .

I feel like you have probably see a post by someone , then it’s made you immediately ask a Question that you probably already know the answer to
For some , training them once a week is better, they tried rhe twice a week and it didn’t give them better results
I’m defo hoping after 15 years training ,
You have asked your self that question at some point
And if not, now is the time .
Because I can’t tell you if twice a week is better for you or not , but I can tell you that it will take you probably a year to work out , 6 months one way, 6 months another , see what saw most progress

How many years have you been training ?
Thanks for the reply Jordan, been training for 15 years, 31 now. Realistically I’d say the last 6 years has been high quality training. Training throughout that period has been 2 sets per exercise with a variation of PPL rest upper legs rest. There have been minor alterations to this but in general hitting each body part twice per week

Sub q – Trt blood work results
3 weeks at 250mg
Seems the raw is a little under dosed. This runs in line with last bloods I did myself and some others seen.
Free test and androgen index is very good showing potential benefits to the subQ approach
E2 is no different to a normal cruise set up done IM at same dose.
So this confirms with what I’ve seen on others bloods doing same thing.
There doesn’t seem to be any additional benefit in controlling E2 from jabbing SubQ
