The tren just makes me massively distant and disconnected with the world so much so that I don’t enjoy anything – effects my mental state and ‘life’ productivity. It’s been way more beneficial not having it in than having it and I feel so much better on all fronts man. It’s night and day for me bro [/quote]

Initial 8 weeks – will likely be no high das first 4 weeks – I will just asses as I go but I doubt they will be needed –
Cardio – 40 minutes on wake with a weighted vest – leg days will be no vest.
Training will stay as is as I have been doing my own thing since post show period –
Training day 3369kcal, 396p, 358c, 38f
Meal 1 – 200ml egg whites, 40g vegan whey – 75g oats – 100g berries
Meal 2 – 200g cooked beef mince, 150g cooked jasmine rice, 5g coconut oil
Pre– 30g EAA, 20g carb powder – on way to gym
Intra – 20g carb powder – Intra
Meal 3 – PWO – 60g beef isolate – 100g COR or 3 slices sourdough and jam and 100g banana

Hey Kuba, my LDL has been in and (mostly) out of range since coming off AAS 7 months ago. Everything else is in range but I can’t seem to get this low consistently. I’ve started taking the TBJP heart supps again but is there any other advise? My Hdl/Ldl radio is in range.
I was looking into getting a VLDL very low density lipoprotein test off medichecks but I’m not sure if there’s much point?

Hey Sas, if I remember right, you only inject twice a week and sometime once ( forgive me if this isn’t right). Have you noticed any difference from more frequent injections?

I haven’t no, the effects are clear and have been for many years. It isn’t something new or something we don’t already know
Your heart will grow as does everything, ejection fraction is kept up by simply staying fit so that’s key.
Once you down size and seize use heart comes back to normal.

I agree with J here – you keep asking us for the same sort of info and in truth I believe its just because you are looking for justification to go back on.
The reality is if your still at 10 now its likely not going to get better mate, so its a question of live with it or get on TRT etc. None of us can help you with this decision.
you have recovered your body enough to be fertile it seems, so get some sperm frozen just incase but chances are if you cycle properly from here and make clever decisions you will be able to recover again in the future.
However it likely wont be any better than this reading now but that doesn’t matter as you are fertile

If you don’t want to do trt then use alpha T and turkesteronne by Jp. This bumped me up to over 15mmol. If you run trt via a Dr they will ensure you maintain fertility using hcg and possibly hmg.
