I’ve been using modafinil for several years now.

I tested it with both my nhs work loads and coaching work loads

I find it really improves focus and reduced my work block times 30-40% tbh which is mind blowing

I use 100mg doses in general. This lasts a solid 5-6 hours

200mg does improve focus more so

But it can be a negative unless your in the right environment IMo.

    Thanks bud appreciate it

Hey bro how long do you intend to run the var? Do you use this throughout the year when bulking and cutting? Have had it effected your bloods?

Thanks @Hilly , this is great detail. Last jab (enantate) was early May. Waited for drugs to clear then ran dr deans pct and finished3/4 weeks ago.
The blood test and the fertility test were done within 5 days of each other 3-4 weeks after stopping pct

So its safe to say this should continue to get better and better – with fertility clients I would be advising to check again in 8 weeks time before I was starting to draw conclusions and any potential worry 🙂

This really is a patience game.

    For example mine went.

    sub 1million

    8 million after 16 weeks

    13 million after 6 months

    15-17 million after 9 months

    conception after 12 – 13 months.

I just had a client fall after just 8 weeks go a protocol on TRT

ive had many many fall between these numbers – in truth and it was hard for me to accept at first we have very little control over this – all we can do is try our best to improve our numbers, not over think and stress over the process as this is terrible for it and then let will/luck/god play there part 🙂

In terms of medical literature – average conception time for a normal couple is 90% within 1 year – so thats 12 months of trying if you both have had completely healthy productive systems for the full 12 months.

when looking at fertility studies using HMG and HCG were people have had ongoing issues average was 9-18 months if I remember right.

NHS wont usually even consider testing you until you have been trying for 12 months.

We are all very much in a rush those of us in this game like anything else in life and this is something we dont have control over like we do in other areas

    All the very best 🙂
Thanks so much Hilly!

    Morning bud

So your HPTA axis has recovered – your test is low but this may very well keep increasing over time – it is early days.

LDL is a little high – if not taking TBJP heart care and love heart add this in plus possible additional HIT cardio – its not overly high but we always want this in range

All else looks super healthy to me

Thanks mate, anything to be concerned about regarding eosinophil?
not to me or i would of said so 🙂

its 0.04 over – so this wouldnt worry me personally but i am not a doctor
Cheers bud thank you

Hey Bud, is 5 days standard abstinence prior to taking a fertility sample?

3-5 days i believe is recommended – i would always say 4-5 personally – a little longer is defo going to give you better data
Thank you as always bud

Hi Bud, hope you’re well. I’ve tried searching back but can’t find the specific page I’m looking for. I’m getting a sperm check as well as bloods in 2 weeks- mainly to check where fertility is at.

Is there anything I should add in for the next weeks to be in a good spot. I came off AAS and did a pct, interested to see where things are at before deciding next steps

Hello bud – I would not change anything at the minute – just get the sperm check done and see were everything is – the sperm maturation cycle is 8-10 weeks so nothing you add now will effect these next results anyway bud
Thanks bud!

Did you stop the finasteride because of prep bro? Is there a reaction when using aas?

Hey bud, how long do you plan to run the cruise for?

Q on bloods, how long after pct (running hcg then clomid) would you get bloods done to check where natural levels have recovered to?

Down to my coach AJ buddy.

I would give it 2-3 weeks post stopping all drugs to asses how my body is running on its own
Cheers bud, looking forward to following along
