In regards to slin and timing. How long between meal 4 and the shot of slin?
Whats your carb choice for post training, assuming like cereal or something? and do you take that shot immediately before you consume that meal? Then how long after that influx of carbs is your final meal?

In regards to your diet and as the weeks count down, what is the initial plan? Is it just change body composition for now?
How will the diet change in terms of carbs etc, will you go up in carbs for a slight period of time then bring them down. Whats your usual approach?

Hi mate just a heads up as of midnight it will be illegal for two people from different household to be in the same building / house and facility as of tonight . It’s been passed through Parliament under regulation 7 so anyone caught will be arrested. May want to let Jamie know

Jab sites
Always did glutes when I was younger – when I realised all this did was build scar tissue which isn’t ideal for shredded glutes I swapped to delts (slin pins mainly) and then later added in lats.
I’ve only just added in quads to spread the load more evenly that I’ve had to stop jabbing my right shoulder (don’t want it inflamed or effected in anyway due to tendon tear, I’m site injecting peptides for recovery so that’s enough in that area.)
It’s deffo best to avoid only using one site otherwise that will likely cause you issues are some stage along the time. Spread it out.
Where do you pin on quads mate? Any pictures etc that would help? I need new pin sites when I start as iv only ever done glutes!
I need to start doing my shoulders and quads…so any help is appreciated!

Drop down to a TRT dose is a good idea.
Get some cardio in daily also. This will help overall.
I’d clean your diet up and get some healthy fats included.

Pretty sure it’s not essential work therefor shouldn’t be. They are likely self employed so new Info came out how they can claim loss of earnings.People can live a few weeks without the gym comon. Or as previously said do stuff at home.
People having a fucking meltdown like the gym is the only thing in their life is a fucking joke when the world is completely shut down and folk are dieing left right and centre.
